These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Lifetime Construction.

Program Description

Lifetime Construction sends low-volume conversational text messages to people who have expressly opted in. Messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, roofing inspection and estimate updates, project status updates, documentation requests, customer-support replies, and occasional service information.

Opt-In and Consent

You may opt in by submitting a website form that includes the SMS-consent checkbox, by providing verbal consent to a Lifetime Construction representative, or by otherwise expressly requesting text-message communication. By opting in, you authorize Lifetime Construction to send text messages to the mobile number you provide using automated or manual technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Lifetime Construction does not charge a separate fee for the messaging program.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message, and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and policies.
